We have gone over this before. Long story though is that new clients that are complex with multiple subs and acquisitions can take a lot of extra time that was unplanned for originally. The auditors have many other clients they’re working on at the same time... especially SEC clients that have strict deadlines while AMFE does not until AMFE officially uplists
