Nice try tisdal, but a "German chemist" is not a petroleum geologist, and your idea that there could be oil below the earth's crust is impossible, because the temperature and pressure at that depth would incinerate any oil or gas... Oil can only exist above the lower limits of the "oil window" (7,000 to 18,000 ft.) without turning into gas...
