So in your opinion Barrick has won but please tell me what they have won. Oh I know they have won the right to sell off all of their mining equipment and get out of Chile, that is what they have won. Now you tout that BJ put out false and misleading press releases but what about Barrick on their press releases on Pascua Lama, they are equally fraudulent and misleading. Barrick has given the greatest pump and dump in history. They ran the stock upto $57.00 based on what they were going to do at Pascua Lama and now at $18.15. Now that is false and misleading. Just think of all of the investors that got in at $57 and have lost all of their life savings because of Pascua Lama. If this was a level playing field then Barrick would also be called to task. No Barrick is definitely being protected by someone. Now if the crap on the net is true about the executive order and if Peter Munk has been taken to the USA for questioning, well this might change everything. The protection that Barrick has enjoyed for so many years might be gone. There is one thing for sure January is going to be one interesting month.
