Barrick won all the cases that JL said HE won......that is all that matters as far as the MSX/BJ/JL's fraud goes. It is irrelevant as to whether Barrick owns Mina Pascua or not.....JL lied to all the former MSX shareholders about the positive court results and having clean title to get their private placement money for his own pocket.....my guess is that 99% of the former shareholders now see the truth based on all the former longs that no longer post. The only thing "radically wrong" here is that you and a couple others can't see that.

Brent Johnson put out a press release stating that JL had provided MSX with
clean title to Mina Pascua which was an absolute lie....as I write this....there is still no "clean title" for anyone.....less than 30 days until BJ's 6 day long hearing.....now THAT will be interesting!
