Makes sense to decrease share price in order to dilute and make more money but it's one sided with the company and it's relationships....common share holders are being screwed.

As I said earlier, except dilution and then another reverse if pps stays here. There still is very little reason why we have not seen the higher pps after the 3 million dollar deal.
