So you're saying VNDM has been shorting this stock for 4 (maybe 5) months to help themselves and SMI? VNDM would have been exposing themselves to getting caught short over a fairly lengthy time in that senario. I'm not saying it's impossible, but it seems like a big risk for them to take.

You talk about common share holders getting screwed, but we do know that you've shorted the stock in the not so distant past. Where was your concern for common share holders then?

I guess by February we'll probably know either way. And we'll find out if you get to tell me, "Told you so." or not. lol

How does it make sense to decrease share price and dilute? If I wanted to dilute I would want to increase share price first. What’s happening is simple. Warrants are being converted and a prearranged price AND/OR shares are being issued to SMI for the $1million fee they paid GTHP this year. It does affect the share value absolutely but it is what it is. If the shares are going to SMI then I have no problem with dilution as we made a $50 million deal with them. CFDA approves luviva and 100 million OS would still give us a $1 pps at least not even factoring in forward PE. The real fate of this company lies with two things, CFDA approval, and FDA application.
