They actually haven't raised capital at lower and lower prices, but if they had, it would not exactly be a new thing in biotechs. It's a common experience. What is impressive to me is that they basically raised at a pretty decent price, without as much of a discount as I might've expected most recently, for that large of a raise, at that price.

I believe the raises before the most recent raise, were actually at lower prices. And of course, they did debt offerings and raised money from insiders, to avoid dilution. All very bullish things to do and suggesting an effort to be protective of shareholders in my estimation. But that's just my opinion.

Lots of things get said around here about things being very unusual that are not so unusual. And if they were, and if they were illegal, those cases would have succeeded. They did not. More than that, the key case alleging the worst behavior was basically tossed out and the plaintiffs did not refile. That was a pretty big triumph.

I think good things are coming. I'm not really moved by all the complaints. That's just my opinion. No judgment. But I just don't find myself moved by much that is being said at this stage. The time to have complained was long before this moment. I see rather, what looks to me like a turnaround in process. But again, that's just my opinion, and it all, of course, depends upon the final results, which they will surely release as soon as they can. The notion that they can just give a taste or a hint... not that I've seen. Again, just my opinion.

They clearly have some plan in process, and though it would be nice to know what it all is, the fact is, it's clear they won't be telling us anytime until they are ready, unless the final results or publication of results happens, IMHO. Some may find that risky, and that's understandable. Risky it is. It could happen tomorrow, or the day after, or months from now, or early in the new year. We don't know. But we can all, always choose how much risk we are willing to entertain in our portfolio, and should do so, every single day.

And let me be clear. I don't recommend anyone buying these kinds of stocks. I like to chat. But they are all very risky, and there is much risk trading them, as investing, when we can't know what the fututre holds mostly because they are very volatile and unpredictable. These stocks are not for most investors. They just aren't.
