By withholding information, LP and Les have created a great deal of uncertainty that has deterred investors. This is reflected in the compounding negative impact that each consecutive capital raise -- at lower and lower stock prices -- has on dilution.

I've come to the conclusion that LP has no (and I mean no) idea how to manage a public company. My belief is she sees her allegiance only to Toucan Capital and could care less about the minority shareholders.

Just my opinion, but that's my observation.
