With respect to your sideways comment consider this. Seems from the statements in the amendment it only took KKR and KKR Wand to agree and consent to the new terms. From the conference call we know both Appalooso (Sp?) and Omega were upset about not even being consulted about the amendment. Probably others as well. So how do you get out of the Series B alive, when the common share price is at .81 and the conversion price is at $1.35? You gotta find a buyer after you first run the common share price up imo. The tide has turned.
