Guys & Gals Really? I get it but.....
1. This is not a normal Process of company formulation. You know that.
2. This case has some of the most powerful, shrewdest, professionals government, financial, and business sharks in the world with a plan that was all agreed upon long ago.
3. M.W.& BOD where TOLD and agreed to a plan. And guess what you agreed to and will adhere to these rules of settlement and mediation until they are free to proceed, in which they very well might be in the process of.
4. Until all the litigation was wrapped The BOD and M.W. are BOUND by the agreement, so as I am sure all were told and agreed to, hence you sit like all of us...The Hedge funds, private equity, shareholders all of us will wait until these triggers and events occur.
5. We have not 1 or 10 buts 10's of H.F.s all waiting for "something and I am sure its NOT M.W. and BOD to find a acquisition that fits just so.
I.M.H.O they could have had a suitor along time ago just not the one that's been in the making, the one everyone wants and is waiting for.
6. WMIH Shareholder meetings are and most certainly in this case are a form of appeasement and whitewash for this lot. A company whom acted like this anywhere else would have been decimated a long time ago.
7. I did not even listen to the whole call as you can see its a no NUGGET Meeting.....rehash for show. WHy? because they are riding the FINE LINE OF HAVING TO BE LEGIT for the public, but really there is not much legit about their words. The BOD & M.W. say enough and what they can not a word more and as a favorite book of mine teaches ...when able appear not capable.When ready appear not engage or unprepared. When ready to execute, appear withdrawn.
I firmly believe the stock will trade sideways till we get more of the picture or there is a serious leak which triggers massive volume.
Relax do your best, keep on working your D.D. and share when you can, relax, breath, workout and work at your profession or retirement. Hangout with loved ones, enjoy the Holidays try to keep an even keel. I firmly believe if you are a released marker holder you will see a healthy value tendered for them.
