SJ- I agree completely. This extension is routine. Nok wants delay, so of course Nok will agree with any delay for any reason.

A mutual extension certainly does not indicate there is a settlement in process. On the contrary, Nok initiated this dispute and has filed a motion in court seeking documents and delay.

Nok will surely wait for the results of their court motion and then perhaps reassess their position. Nothing has changed yet, as far we know, to justify Nok changing its position at this time, even before IDCC/Ericy have responded to their motion.

There are many, many, likely reasons including a computer virus, to cause this routine, 2 day, mutually agreed, filing extension that have nothing to do with a settlement nor all the wild speculation on this board.
