Thank you for the explanation. I wasn't completely forgetting that. If my math is correct...if 2.85 million shares get sold and added to the total shares, then it would take a share price of $2.68 to get to $50mil assuming
18.68 million shares total at that point.

Just trying to be optimistic. I'm hoping (assuming?) they would have accounted for a possible share price in the $2's when they put this together.
