Been to lunch. Didn't mean to get you riled up!

While we're asking questions though...how much has Dan bought back? DO YOU KNOW? I DON'T. If it's zero...prove it. If it's 30 billion shares prove it. If and/or until they give us an amount, it is all speculation, rumor, fabrication, whatever you want to call it. I can't prove it and neither can anyone else except insiders.

Has their been an audit? Prove it! Disprove it. WE HAVE NO CLUE AS TO WHY IT HAS BEEN DELAYED. IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN DONE MONTHS AGO AND HE'S WAITING FOR SOMETHING VERY SPECIFIC TO OCCUR BEFORE IT'S RELEASED. IN the real world, intentions are sometimes voiced and for several reasons, sometimes even beyond our control, they don't turn out as predicted.

I understand people's frustration with the fact it would be released, but now it hasn't been. There might be very strategic reasons why it hasn't been. Boil some flipper's blood to get their weak butts out. Who knows?

NEED I REMIND EVERYONE, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HAVE TO RELEASE AN AUDIT. PERIOD

If I'm a ceo faced with a sideways pps, i might paint a not so pretty picture to cut out the weak hands, all the while buying back at the dirt cheap pps. EVEN dump more when I don't need to, to paint a miserable picture... (is that allowed, i don't even know) Then spring a profitable q1 and q2 along with the fact I've bought back 40 billion shares.

I think that's everyone's frustration... is this a profitable comapany now? Only an audit will tell for q1 and q2 2006. Has a buyback occurred/is occuring?

We always don't get the full picture. That doesn't always mean the sky is falling... but sometimes that's exactly what it means. Therfore, you partly have to float on faith, especially in pinkieland.

SOMETIMES communications are worded for a desired effect of which we don't currently know what that is, and we may NEVER know. Depending how this pans out, we can go back and construct things how we THINK they were meant, but those formed assumptions might have been 180 degrees from their original intent.

If one owns a stock, I HAVE YET TO FIGURE OUT WHY ONE WOULD BAD MOUTH OR SECOND GUESS A STOCK. The more negative information that is spewed out there, you are only shooting yourself in the foot.

WHICH LEADS ME TO... IF SOMEONE DOESN'T OWN THE STOCK, WHAT EXACTLY IS THEIR MOTIVE FOR BASHING or asking negatively rhetorical questions they KNOW no one can answer? Therfore, one must draw your own conclusions as to their intentions. Either that, or they are absolute fools and enjoy shooting themselves in the foot.

The 'boys' from Minnesota are not stupid. You don't have access to 250K to invest in a stock that's at .0001 if you're stupid in my opinion. THEY OBVIOUSLY SEE SOME TREMENDOUS UPSIDE POTENTIAL. Now I have never personally spoke with Dan (have spoke with Stuart a few times), but I would imagine these guys have. I would also imagine either they liked what they saw or Dan is the slickest used car snake oil salesman in the world. The fact that someone has invested this kind of money is reassuring when faced with a lack of access.

As I say all of this, I admit I have NEVER even tried to call Dan. (actually have and got his voicemail, but didn't leave a message) I then figured there's not much he can tell me other than what he allows to be released in a PR, and as such is a waste of mine and his time.

As far as Dan's past performance... other than the audit, what has he not followed through on? And cite specific examples and prove he has not worked on them or followed through on them.

WHich leads me to...
forward looking statements...I own my own business and I'm currently working on a deal that has been going on now for 8 months, and could go on for another 10 months. Does that mean I don't announce I'm working on it because I might be called a LIAR if IT or PORTIONS of it do not work out for whatever reason. Actually, quite the contrary. People, especially shareholders, want to know you are working on something and aren't standing around with your thumb up your butt!.

We also have to keep in mind the absolute mind boggling manipulation that is sometimes beyond a company's control. In steps Jack Donnely. Need one say more about his track record?

Which leads me to... why oh why oh why would a company going down the toilet waste their 'last dollars' on a pricey consultant?

When one looks at this company, there are three bottom-line scenarios:

1. This company was an absolute scam from day one. Do your dd, and you will find out that's not the case.

2. The company is faltering, ship going down, every man woman child for themselves.

3. The company has strategically planned where it's currently is situated and the plan is progessing accordingly.

I as many others choose to believe the absolute best in people until proven otherwise. IN my opinion, I have not been proven otherwise.
