Fabricating rumors? If you read my post you’d notice I cut and pasted from several PR's where Dan himself stated they were going to use personal assets as collateral to raise funds to buy back shares.

Now in today’s PR Dan says the same thing but this time he'll use the money to somehow affect the stagnant PPS. How he proposes to do this is not spelled out. Typical Dan. Plausible deniability. Safe Harbor.

If Dan failed to buy back shares since June you have two questions to answer:

1) Why not?
2) Was it due to a failure to raise funds?

Remember, the phrase used in the PR's was, "up to" meaning that Dan could have bought back up to the amount listed in the PR's. Based on the latest TA figures Dan has yet to lower the OS. In fact it's climbed again.

That brings us to today.

If Dan failed in his efforts to raise money to buy back even a small portion of the shares mentioned in the buy back PR's, what makes anyone think he'll be successful raising money for his secret plan in today’s PR?

Dan's past is not a rumor. When presenting facts, there is no manipulation. The OS did not go down in spite of the hopeful PR's to the contrary.

It’s a fair and legitimate question to ask if Dan's past performance is a precursor to the future. The past I use as a reference point actually happened and can be verified.

I admit the reasons as to why Dan never followed through are pure speculation, but I know many on this board who would like the answer to this question and are wondering if today’s PR will follow the same path as the previous PR’s on raising money.

Other questions:

Where's the audit?

What's the news on the mythical Summus Centers?

How does Dan propose to deal with an ever increasing OS? At some point he'll have only two options left to him. By back shares or Rverse Split.
