I just heard about this stock a couple of days ago. At first it looked like this was the real deal. I began to research it. Then I ran into this article, an exhaustive investigative report. This is a very long article. For anyone who cares, you should read it. Then post on this board how you feel after you read it. For starters, they have violated SEC rules more than once while in the process of enriching themselves by millions and hiding the names of the people associated with the company, such as Joseph Wade, who's real name is Joseph Wade Mezey, who was disbarred in 2010. And his wife, Anastasia Shishova, who he 'forgot' to tell the SEC about.

Makes me wonder how generous of Management to say 'We are not taking salaries! We will survive on just the dividends to be paid (you'll read about that, too). Until you realize how much money they have made by selling shares, something they have not bothered to tell the shareholders. And that's just the start.

p.s. Anyone care to forward this article to the CEO and get his response? LOL. Always good to have his response in black and white so there is a record of his answers. :)
Oh, and make sure you ask which bank they are going to use to deposit all that cash they will make so they can actually pay the dividend!
