what evidence do you have that they didn't make a huge push to get the product into stores.

Response: (Based on the fact that the products are only sold online, despite FDA clearance in February 2017. There are stocks without products that are doing far better than BIEL).

remember everyone including stores was waiting for the FDA clearance but when it came it wasn't what they wanted.

Andy cannot force them to take the product.

Response: (You are right, that's why he needs to hire a team of experts to help him achieve such goal).

it is only cleared for two indications, how do they ensure that the public are buying for those conditions and not opening the store up to some liability? What extra discount did they ask for to take an only part approved product? Did Andy like the reduced commitment offered? Should he have accepted any offer to take the product?

Response: (Again, a sound management team will develop strategies to address the aforementioned).

he has hired a new VP sales who seems to have energy and enthusiasm which is refreshing.

Response: (Absolutely, this is what he should have done or be doing now while he is waiting for complete studies of all the products, and pending full FDA clearance. The approach should not be reactionary)

the latest interview (why wasn't Keith part of that?) outlined there current progress which is steady and is a breath of fresh air having heard so little over the summer. Waiting a few more months is OK by me - may even buy some more or at least have money waiting for the announcement day.

Response: (To be honest, I'm still a skeptic. I think AW brought in Keith as a smokescreen to cover up for previous promise to investors that the products will hit the stores in October or November 2017. Still waiting; we are almost in December 2017).

Perhaps we should all be lambasting the retail giants for trying to negotiate too harsh a deal? They are stopping the public from getting access to an opioid killer. Are we all writing to the CEOs of Walmart CVS Rite Aid etc?

Response: (Believe me, I have, and I'm still trying because I know the product (Actipatch) works. I have informed the VA that I am using the product for pain and it is documented in my record. I believe in the product, but not current management).
