You can see the accumulation / covering on the chart in the 16 - 17c range for many weeks. The breakout could be anticipated when the BB bands constricted to a 1c 2SD. The difference this time was the two year downtrend was finally broken on the daily, weekly and monthly chart. When we find out who this new investor is, the stock will move. The new money is non-toxic, will fund operations and the combo trials until such time the P3 topline is released. We are onto a higher trading level which will set the stage for the explosive move when P3 is released.
