From the biggest bear in nwbo. I will tell you now tide has changed. An idiot can see this.

Started buying yesterday. Will buy about 3 million shares. Probably more if it goes over .30's on some volume.

I think People are seeing a huge o/s benfit.

To me it's just a color not a stock. I don't care about company. Based out, lows are in. Market makers were actually biding up shares last week even after bids were slammed. For whatever reason I guarantee stock is going higher.
