I detest the tone of the piece.

It reeks of elitism. How dare they even think they could pick a stock winner. That's only for the professionals and people with money (read: Those with money already).

That's not too say that the facts are incorrect, but one can play up whatever facts one wishes. He chose to highlight the mist way up ahead and not the pavement right in front of him.
