A couple of weeks ago I read about the best way to reheat pizza. And I can't believe it really does taste 100% better than any other method I've tried.

You put the slice in a pan over medium high heat for 2 minutes. Then you put a few drops of water in the pan, cover it and reduce the heat to medium for 3 minutes (maybe longer depending on size of slice). The crust is crispy and the cheese melts.

You gotta try it next time you have left over pizza.
