I spoke with Patrick at IDCC today and he informed me that IDCC NO LONGER MAKES PRESS RELEASE TO BLOOMBERG, OR OTHER NEWS AGENCIES.

In the same sentence you state

The decision was made that it was better to not release information regarding court decisions that a bad decision drives the stock down big time and a good decision drives it down 4 or 5 points. I said who the hell came up with that idea and he simply said it was IDCC'S.

I couldn't believe what I had just heard, so don't look for IDCC to tell any media orginization anything.

Your second sentence contradicts what you said in the first sentence because IDCC did issue a press release on 'business' matters.

I think what Patrick was saying is that The decision was made that it was better to not release information regarding court decisions.

Didn't we see an upward price movement when IDCC announced the Huawei results? Didn't we see upward price movement when they announced other favorable news? And YES, we did see downward price movement when we see a decision go against IDC. It's the nature of the market ! !

Mickey, I think you are too wound up and are stressing yourself out on these things. To the point where you can't see the forest from the trees or understand what you are reading or hearing or saying.

Seriously, you need to step away from IDCC and take up another hobby that is less trying.
