I spoke with Patrick at IDCC today and he informed me that IDCC NO

LONGER MAKES PRESS RELEASE TO BLOOMBERG, OR OTHER NEWS AGENCIES.

The decision was made that it was better to not release information

regarding court decisions that a bad decision drives the stock down

big time and a good decision drives it down 4 or 5 points. I said who

the hell came up with that idea and he simply said it was IDCC'S.

I couldn't believe what I had just heard, so don't look for IDCC to

tell any media orginization anything.
