Appreciate the update. When I was reading the news article even I had trouble understanding where things were going wrong and why they were trying to sue. However, the stock price still reflects a very bad trend which has been occurring downward and downward for the past year now. Frontier does a great job at pissing off customers and they are voting with their wallets. They need to dump the 2-year contract b******* and quit with the hidden fees and surprise gotchas in the billing department. The sad thing is I have been a frontier stockholder since near the beginning of this year and I don't even like them. I only like the dividend but apparently I did not look at the bigger picture. As such, I will wait for the rebound before selling.
