Keep in mind anyone can sue anyone for any valid reason.
At issue is the substance of the suit. This one is by a bunch of "Bronx Indians" seeking a "lead Plantiff". That means they still do not have one. Why, weak suit per proximate cause requirements. This is another union of the Florida Fireman's Group. Never seen a win in this type as one must prove "INTENT", again PROVE INTENT to defraud.
Extremely difficult to do so.
Last word, 7 out of 10 Wall St. analysts say hold or buy. Target price is over 18 now.
