At that time, I took it as a signal that since the Equity pretty much the whole ownership of WMIH, and we were provided assurances of 'FAIR & REASONABLE' recoveries in the Conf Calls urging us to 'Release' JPMC, we would be wrapping up the BK pretty soon in 2012...Also, the WMILT was forme dat that time with assurances that they would process legally for Fraud against GS and others...
