The Equity Committee (EC) was released in 2012 when the Plan of Reorganization #7 was adopted. Michael Willingham was the head of the EC and currently holds positions on WMIH Board of Directors and with WMI Liquidation Trust (LT).

Very Good Questions... I think the Equity Committee was 'hijacked' by the 'Creditor' representatives and last I knew only MW is a member of the initial Equity Committee still remaining on that Committee..
