This was taken from an article in the San Antonio Business Journal in January of 2016. It's been 22 months since Carroll made these announcements. Construction progress, if any, is unknown. Nor do I know how to put a value on a naphtha stabilizer and depropanizer unit. Do these enhance the plant thereby raising their complexity index I.e. new motor in an old car type scenario??.. or are these simply necessary to bring the plant back up to a 'run of the mill' standard topping unit?

These are the questions only our mute CEO can answer. Its hard to imagine much progress was made in light of the lengthy legal battles Carroll was drowning in.
