If there is pipeline infrastructure nearby, or rail infrastructure to use the Nixon unit intermediate to feed a downstream system, there might be something to salvage. Knocking out transportation-related margin hits might be a key.

I can say with some confidence that I'm fairly certain BDCO currently trucks everything in/out of the plant.

However we do know there is some type of pipeline infrastructure that goes through the Nixon property, a leftover from previous decades, but its unknown what the status is as to the availability of that pipeline or if its even usable at this point. Information is tough to get from BDCO management.
