REALITY Is Sfor at THAT time was desperate. They aren't desperate this time around now are they? Also just because msft is large DOES NOT mean a large % of sales came from them using Sfor patent. However Entrust may have had a large % of sales and profit from STEALING SFOR product even though they are smaller. That is something people forget, gloss over, just don't know about, or wanna talk about.
We won't know until the dust settles. Like I said the lump settlement is a small piece of the pie and I think it will be more than 3 mil. It's all based on ENTRUST REVS FROM USING SFOR GOODS.
