Most people on the OTC have no patience. They would rather chase runners (and usually lose money that way) than buy low, then wait to sell high. This is a long hold, not a P&D. I believe after all his hard work, the CEO wants to bring things to fruition more than we do. He has a lot of intellectual equity, sweat equity, and his own capital invested. All we have to do is go along for the ride.
