Hey question on the financing and capital raise. Spectrum is looking for capital raise between $500k-$1m. They are also looking for an equity line of $5m. So if you look at the cap table, you see financings listed with $6mm next to it. So that would make sense when you add the capital line figure to the equity line figure. What I'm having a hard time understanding is how can they get $6m in investments but are only issuing 20,320,000 shares? Because at current prices that would only be $264,160 worth of stock. Do they maybe get some special guaranteed exercise price of say .295-.30? Or maybe some sort of profit sharing? The financiers are going to account for 12% ownership of the company post merger. With anticipated revenue, getting 12% of the profits would be a hell of a deal.

Your thoughts?
