Nobody cares about a phony loss carryover. At best, if the shell was cleaned up, which it can NOT be, it would bring between $250,000 and $400,000.

Shareholders ONLY chance was to get rid of Walthers, Windsors 1 & 2 and the Chicago nut burger; and pray that Adelstein & Scivoletto would rescue the company. Even they would have to do a reverase split.
