IFUS is a very valuable shell to buy
I have been here a long time and know they have a 10 million$ loss carryover from their inception which is transferable. That means that anyone that owns the shell will not pay taxes on the first 10 million they make going forward. A very valuable asset and why it was sought after to begin with, in fact fought over as we have seen. This is a very valuable asset and combined with the property, fixed assets, trademarks, patents and more this is a gem.
