Is there any "public info" that IFUS is involved in any kind of buyout agreement with another party??? Any solid "public DD" that would lead to that kind of speculation involving IFUS??? The share structure is low enough that the shell could be sold without a reverse. Problem would be catching up 7 years of very important financial/business filings that have not been completed. I would say 25 grand for the shell would be high side for someone to buy it. And that would be if the balance sheet was zero on assets/debt. More like MW would have to pay someone 350,000 to 750,000 just to take the shell and clear the debt on the books. Now, that my IFUS friends would be one hell of a press release.
