Entrust couldn't contain their misdeeds and were in double trouble when they did the counter. They kneeled down, couldn't handle the pressure and settled on all matters. They had ZERO leverage and got nothing out of it except SETTLEMENT with Ropes & Gray.

Reading the counter dockets from RG, I am of a opinion that amount could be big here as well with licencing deals, royalty and pushing of new SFOR products into 10K clients of Entrust in 103 countries.
