Boeing posted a 6 month net loss totaling $670 million!!
Estimated earnings growth rate this year for Boeing will be -65%!!

Boeing or Virtra Systems? The governement knows they can get a better deal from a smaller company. Virtra Systems will not cut corners on quality to save pennies like Boeing will. VTSI's low manufacturing overhead will keep the prices low.
VTSI can build one unit for the price of just the paperwork that company like Boeing would create on this project. And I'm not kidding.
