IF they continue to draw on the equity line, that will dilute the stock, and Dutchess at one point will have to cease that line.
They need to protect themselves. The Govt. is very picky on the companies they do business with. They cannot be the only source of business for the company. etc. Boeing, L3 and others that have other revenue coming in and not waiting around for the piece of pie!! I believe they will have a hard time in getting a contract with the state of the company. They should look at going bankrupt and starting over to make things look better. LOL
