Facts about ALRT diabetes management system. I'm a healthcare market consultant and involved in several healthcare related startups . There is a lack of understanding from some who post here. I'm also amazed as to those willing sell this stock as such low prices. ALRT is far ahead of the health management evolution. And it will become a revolution.

Here are couple facts about diabetes management and the ALRT system.
First, an N size of 50 for clinical trial is sufficient and ALRT also had a market pilot study with larger N size that showed similar results. Read through their history of press releases. When DIABETES CARE, the primary Diabetes Journal, publishes a study you know it is valid and meaningful.

Secondly, doctors may not initially want to use the system, but are being compelled to do so. There are stakeholders interested in improved outcomes. The insurance payer for one, especially the payers of last resort – the government health insurance plans. That is why Medicare has put in bonuses to doctors for reaching A1C targets and also penalty for A1C exceeding target. Doctors are being more and more rewarded based on outcomes, not procedures performed.

The Insulin dose adjustment add on is remarkable and I can't wait to hear about the other add on that has been reported to be soon announced.
