Exactly, Roger said he asked OTC if a company can uplist to QX without $.25. And they did not respond with a yes or no. Roger also mentioned that he wants to apply directly to QX if possible with the current share price. So just a matter of OTC approving or disapproving the application.

Where do you see the HYPE there? It will be Yes or No once application is filed.
