He did say that those regulations were stricter for the companies that were delisting, and as you said, we are uplisting, which is why he thought that an exception might be possible. Again, they didn’t get an outright “No” but neither did they get a “Yes”.

Lets not hype ourselves into thinking that we will go straight to QX. I think he wants to skip QB, which is why he is waiting until the last minute to uplist (waiting for the audits).

That said, once the audits are done and filled, we will have a much clearer picture of where things are going. That is definitely our next major catalyst though.
