At least in my opinion, NWBO would greatly benefit by not being concerned about mystical short sellers, and being more focused on having directors w/ experience in biotech and financing early stage public companies. NW should have negotiated a board seat in return for his fund's investment in the company.

What you have to remember is that Cofer Black is still on the payroll and in all probability building a case on all elements that have been targeting this company. It would be wonderful to see positive results followed by the slaughter of the shorts by Black.
