AMRN already has a US partner - Kowa, and the updated Kowa agreement now has a sort of buyout clause, where if AMRN kicks them out the door after current agreement expires in 2018 Kowa gets paid a certain amount for another 3 yrs. Did you mean an EU partner? I would not expect that until after R-IT results are out so AMRN has the leverage in getting the best deal with the BPs that will be competing to partner up with them.
