I am posting this News Release because it seems that we have all missed a very interesting part of the news release:

Under the terms of the lawsuit, Mr. Lopehandia has won damages from Barrick Gold Corp., the
British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”), the Toronto Stock Exchange (“TSX”) and
others with the Chilean judicial system recognizing that Mr. Lopehandia has a signed valid
mining option contract with Mountain West Resources (“MWR”) and/or Mountainstar Gold
(“MSX”). The liability of the BCSC, TSX and others arises from the judicial decision for libel
which carries specific damages. Mountainstar has been cleared by the Chilean judicial system to
proceed against Barrick et al. for obstruction of business and justice.

MSX has been cleared by the Chilean justice system to proceed with damages.
