Basically here is the jist.

Wealthcolony owns 119 million COMMON shares of SOUPQ

Delaware BK court just approved the purchase of all assets of SOUPQ to Wealthcolony

The KEY game changers.

1. If they walk out of BK and remove the Q, and keep commons intact, this stock goes to at least $1

2. If they convert there 119 million shares into preferred shares, wipeout all commons and basically start over again.....then were all f*cked.
