This is my understanding as well. The WMIH was merely a spin off of sorts to segregate the Escrows from the "Hoes". LIke an estate when an old dead guy has an ex wife who locks everything up in a court battle but the judge releases some assets to the children. The WMIH shares are the assets the judge released to the children while we spent 10 years in court letting the lawyers and judges suck off the WAMPQ nipples for 10 years billing at $750 an hour, expense account at Hotels, restaraunts and $5000 nights at Scores or Spearmint Rhino on a hall pass from their well compensated corporate lawyer-wife-robots.
