Once you released your original WAMU Prefs (pq +kq) and/or Commons you received newco WMIH shares.

The old shares were then automatically converted to Escrows corresponding to the amount you owned when you released.

Selling your WMIH shares does not cancel your Escrows nor nullify your right to a distribution, this is an Ihub fallacy.

IMO, once the bankruptcy is resolved, Escrow holders will receive distributions based on the quantity and type of Escrow shares held...ie Prefs or Commons.
