Basically your shares have less voting power. You could say it has no power because Kim has more than half. So he can do what he wants.

I believe Kim did this because he new that he would loose the controlling shares down the road between more dilution and his personal selling of his shares.

I think everyone else was hoping he might retire some of his share. There by reducing the float and increasing share holder value.

The good part is it doesn't add dilution to the share price

You should be able to see his shares in the most recent filings.
