How could that be?

Fastlane, serious question: Does that mean some of us don't have any votes at all, or would that mean the total outstanding shares are proportionally discounted, so that 1 share only receives (say) 0.7 votes?

Also, how would we learn what the actual situation is? Would this be described in the articles of incorporation, or somewhere else?

Appreciate the insight of those more experienced in such matters as I.
