That's the way I see it. I think the SV shares could actually be a sticking point for financing.

I think if I am going to finance a company with millions of dollars, I want some say. A seat on the BOD or some sort of control

A seat on a bod doesn't have any power if there are supervoting shares in play.

At this point I would like to see Kim make a finance deal that gives restricted shares at a premium to market value with options to buy more at the same price at a later date.

A deal that shows a VC willing to risk a longer term hold.

I don't know I'd Kim can get that with controlling interest
