alphapuppy, do you by any chance know how the FDA would react on trail terms not met (the 233 events) but statistically being superior to SOC?

Would the FDA, also with the 21-century act in mind, be a pain in the but and dismiss the trail only because it was ended before the events were met never minding it beats SOC in many ways?
